Chasity Gayten is a Brookhaven High School Graduate and proud alumnus of the Pride of Ole Brook Marching Band. During her time in the band, she was a part of the color guard for 4 years.

Coach Gayten would later continue her love of spinning flags at Alcorn State University. She graduated with a bachelor’s from Ashford University. She has also earned a master’s degree from Belhaven University.

In addition to her duties with the Ole Brook Bands, Coach Gayten currently teaches 9th grade biology at Brookhaven High School. She is the proud mother of one daughter, and she is elated to be back at Brookhaven High School doing what she loves and serving as Pride of Ole Brook’s assistant color guard instructor.

Coach Gayten’s duties with the Pride of Ole Brook include working with our color guard, writing choreography and routines, and helping us develop our winter guard programs across multiple levels throughout the school district.
